Automated extraction, web scraping, spidering, data mining, or harvesting of questions, solutions, student analytics, or course structures from smartindia.pro is strictly forbidden.

The creation of derivative question banks, commercial test series, printed booklets, fee-based tutoring packets, or mirrored web applications based on smartindia.pro content constitutes direct infringement under civil and criminal intellectual property laws.

Ingestion or feeding of smartindia.pro curriculum materials, mock questions, or model answer keys into third-party large language models, machine learning datasets, or generative AI training pipelines without express contractual authorization is strictly prohibited.

Circumventing digital rights management, audio controls, timer securities, or authentication layers is actionable under the Information Technology Act.

The brand name "smartindia.pro", the SmartIndia Pro wordmark, domain name smartindia.pro, Early Excellence Foundation insignia, and associated graphic logos are trademarks and service marks of smartindia.pro.

Third parties may not use these marks in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among consumers, disparage or discredit the brand, or imply non-existent official endorsement or sponsorship.

When quoting or citing educational findings or syllabus overviews, proper attribution must clearly state: "Source: smartindia.pro — IIT / JEE / NEET Foundation Program".

IIT-JEE (Advanced / Main), NEET-UG, CBSE, NCERT, NTSE, PRMO, IOQM, and Junior Science Olympiad are registered names and trademarks of their respective government agencies, statutory bodies, or organizing universities (including the National Testing Agency - NTA, Joint Admission Board - JAB, and Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education - HBCSE).
